Dorada with Lemon

Ingredients:

  • Dorado 2 pieces
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Bay Leaf 4 g
  • Olive oil 70 ml
  • Paprika 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Fish should be cleaned, gutted, thoroughly washed inside and outside.
  2. Cut with paper napkins and rub with a small amount of salt.
  3. Cut the lemon in half; one half to lay aside, the second cut into thin circles.
    4.Put in the inner cavity of each fish 2-3 lemon mugs and 2 laurel leaves. Preheat the oven to 190 C.
  4. Cover the pan with a sheet of parchment. Mix the olive oil with the paprika. Put the fish on a baking tray and generously pour this mixture.
  5. Put into the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Ready fish pour with juice, squeezed out the remaining half of the lemon, and immediately submit to the table.
