Gotong Batangas
I have been requesting this dish for some time with my wife now and last Friday I get to eat it. This is bulalong Batangas, a dish made of beef tripes and beef meat. It was raining when we went in meat shop and the best time also to eat this for a cold weather. We almost finished the big pot my wife usually cooked with. 🤭
