Indian Street Food Vada Pav
Sharing with you the recipe of delicious 'Vada Pav'.
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 onion
- 2 tsp green chili-ginger paste
- 2 potatoes
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tsp coriander leaves
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Take oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and fennel seeds. Roast them together.
Add onion and green chilli-garlic paste and fry.
Now add boiled potatoes, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and green coriander.
Mix it well and add lemon juice. Roast it and make a paste.
Take a bowl and add gram flour, soda, salt and red chili powder. Prepare gram flour solution by adding a little water and make a small ball of the paste that we have prepared.
Deep fry the prepared ball after adding it to the gram flour solution. Fry until golden brown.
Take pav, add fried dumplings to it and serve.
