Bulgogi
Stir fried soy sauce based marinated beef with vegetables.

2 ~3 servings, simple version
Main Ingredient
1 lb Beef rib eye, thinly sliced
Additional Ingredients
1 medium size Onion, sliced
2~3 Scallions, cut into 2 inch length
Ingredients for the marinate sauce
3 tablespoons Soy sauces
2 tablespoons Mirim
2 tablespoons Plum extract
½ tablespoon Sesame seed oil
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
½ tablespoon Ginger powder
½ teaspoon Black pepper
Prepare the beef by patting it down with a paper towel to clean off the excess blood off the beef. After the beef is finished being padded down. Put the beef into a large bowl.
Next, put all the sauce ingredients in one small bowl, and mix well; to make the marinate sauce. After you finished making the sauce, pour it into the large beef bowl and mix thoroughly.
Preheat a pan with medium heat. When the pan is hot, you are ready to cook. Put the marinated beef in first, then combine that with the onions and scallions.
Let it cook for around 5 minutes until it cook thoroughly.
Garnish with it with sesame seed if you have.
