Arroz basmati con arroz salvaje y cranberries secos

1 1/2 Latas de arroz basmati
2 Tazas de agua o caldo de pollo
1 Taza de arroz salvaje (debe remojarse por dos horas en agua)
3 Tazas de agua o caldo de pollo
1/2 Taza de cranberries secos
2 Cdas. de mantequilla
Sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparación
Cocinar la taza y media de arroz basmati en una olla con dos tazas de agua o caldo de pollo y una cucharadita de sal. Cocinar, aparte, la taza de arroz salvaje con las tres tazas de agua o caldo de pollo y una cucharadita de sal. Una vez cocinados, unir ambos arroces en una olla. Agregar la mantequilla y los cranberries.

Nota: Si no consigue cranberries, puede agregar pasitas blancas o negras.
