Yes, but it never says "Trinity" either, yet there are tons of passages that make it clear that Trinity is a true theological concept. It is the same way for the phrase "The Great Tribulation". It is a valid label to use for a specific event:

This particular passage from Matthew 24:21 seems to make it very clear that what we call The Great Tribulation is a very specific, unique period that will occur just before Jesus shows up to cut it short:

For then shall be great tribulation, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again. "If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. At that time if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is the Messiah!' or, 'There he is!' do not believe it. For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you ahead of time. "So if anyone tells you, 'There he is, out in the wilderness,' do not go out; or, 'Here he is, in the inner rooms,' do not believe it. For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.

This is the same period Daniel talks about.

Daniel 12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which stands for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

Any period of great tribulation to be unequalled in all history can reasonably be referred to as The Great Tribulation, don't you think?

So, since every one written in the book will be delivered, this can't be the 70 AD foreshadowing - it's the real thing at Jesus' return.

This delivery is, of course, the post-tribulation (pre-wrath) rapture where Jesus "gathers His elect from the four winds".

We know this because Jesus uses the words "Immediately after"

"Immediately after the tribulation of those days" 'the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.' "Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory. And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.

This matches what Paul said about the Rapture exactly:

Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed— in an instant, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.
