Rape is a heinous crime
For a man to force a woman into any sexual activity should be abhorrent to every human being. If you would not like your little girl or boy to be raped then you should protect every other human against rape. If you would not mind your little one being raped you do not deserve to live.
Women should most certainly have the inalienable right to choose for themselves and refuse any sexual activity at any time and without having to provide any justification and that applies equally within a marriage. No husband has the right to force himself on his wife, under any circumstances or to covertly risk a pregnancy she is not in full uncoerced acceptance of.
Atheist bodies assert that religious doctrines which would punish rape with the death penalty are inappropriate.
These sane bodies blame religious beliefs for overpopulation.
Instituting the death penalty for rape should eliminate the incidence of rape which would radically reduce the number of fatherless children, unwanted children, abandoned children, poorly raised children who become a burden to society, perpetrate the same crimes and dirt contribute to overpopulation.

A petition should be raised and signed by every responsible human, demanding changes to the laws of every country to apply the death penalty for proven rape.
Any man or woman who fails to regard an individual's right to protection from rape, irrespective of provocation is unworthy of humanity.
Support women against rape movements and eliminate this scourge.

While I see your point, I have to point one thing out. In the States we've recently seen some judges unwilling to hand down maximum penalties of jail time, because they thought the young men, while guilty, didn't deserve to "have their promising lives ruined" with prison or jail. I guess I just think death penalty punishment would be even less meted out. The most heartbreaking rape account I ever read was in a memoir by a man named TJ Parsell, who was sent to prison as a very young man. He was drugged and gang raped very early on in his sentence, it may have been the first night. It's a very powerful book. I recommend it.
Scenario 1: A girl has a crush on a guy. But he ignores her or has other interests. the girl develops an obsession and turns it into hate. She manages to get at a party alone with him and offers him sex, which he accepts just for fun, but then because of him ignoring her again in the future, she decides to say it was rape. She has sperm evidence inside her, she has a brutalized vagina by the bbc from one night before, she even has 2 friends that heard her scream while they were having sex. Fast trial, found guilty, boy executed. seems fair?
Scenario 2: one teenager girl and guy have a love based relationship which the parents of the girl do not agree. she gets pregnant. Her father has a reputation in his society, she cannot get pregnant with 16, but by visiting the local hospital everybody already knows about that. To wash the shame off, the girls parents blame the guy for rape. kill him?
I totally support consent and also am pro women right to stop beeing sexually abused in every way, but also there has to be a balance regarding the women that use sexism in their advantage. There were tons of cases in which women blackmail men with rape accusations that are not real, and by introducing death penalty you just give them a more powerful tool to use.
Such views fit with the today's diabolic frame of reference.
The purpose of sex is not the expression of love. It is not a need to be satisfied or something to brag about. It is not a feather in a cap or a coming of age. It is not a game. It should never be taken lightly.
Sex is a means to the end which is reproduction for many species on this planet.
Any human, being a sentient entity, should have been educated by parents and community, to a level of understanding of the purpose of sex, the responsibility implicit in its use and the appropriate preparation for parenthood.
No person who has not considered all that is required and made a best effort to provide a suitable home for a prospective child, should even consider sexual relations.
Such requirements include education, appropriate age, gainful employment, medical aid and most importantly, marriage to a suitable partner with the intent of providing a sterling example of commitment to family, future and providing for children until their last breath.
Those who engage in sexual activity without these things being in place are a hindrance to the human race and any man engaging in sexual activity and then providing the argument posed above would receive any lenience were I the judge.
The fact that he was in a position in which she has any evidence like that is enough to convict him in my book. She is as guilty of this offense against the possible child, against sensibility, against God and humanity.
Sex without marriage is like playing Russian roulette with someone else's life, the someone being the potential child.

Sex is good and healthy in many ways, and only because it is the way we reproduce ourselfs, it does not mean we should not have it without wanting a child. It is like eating, you could survive with 1 meal every 3 days, but it is good and healthy to have 3 meals each day.
If you say every time i have sex, i waste a potential life, then what about the other billions of spermcells that lose the race? and what about people that cannot have children? are they allowed to have sex?
Sex is a game, life itself is a game, your job is a game, society, religion, everything is a game with certain rules, that you can choose to play and try to be good at for recognition or wealth. The odds are 1/10quadrillion that you win the spermrace race and exist in this form that you are now, so stop the bullshit and enjoy life as long as you can.
I know, the religion marketing is strong, has deep roots in your brain, but try to think and see things like they are, try understanding the laws of our universe and our evolution, the science behind life, it will help you break the chains and be free of this holy scam.
Let me refrase your ending: Any second you don´t have sex and don´t plant your seeds deep inside an egg, you are playing russian roulette with full gun with someone else´s life, by not even giving him the 1/10quadrillion chance to become a human.
