Meanwhile back at the ranch
We had planned on fencing all weekend but we were rained out on Saturday. We need rain so no complaints here. It was still to wet to run the equipment so we fixed fence all day Sunday.
The much needed rains has already begun to green things up. We are hoping to move a few cows out to the first pasture as the week goes on.
Also learned that my grandmothers family farm was right near these mountains off in the distance. They are known as deers ears. Kind of crazy how we were drawn back to this part of the country.

With the sun on the horizon we had to call it a day.
It was a productive day though and just love the sunsets out here.

Yes it was a lil set back but with the drought we have had the last few years we are pretty happy to se the rain
