Yesterday was my sister's birthday, so the family got together at Sea Island in San Antonio. This ain't no cookie cutter seafood restaurant, Sea Island was first established in 1965, one year before we moved to San Antonio.
I ordered the five stuffed shrimp with hush puppies and fries, unfortunately I was so hungry, I forgot to take a photo before I started eating. The shrimps are stuffed with real crab meat and a mixture of seasonings and cornbread stuffing that is to die for. The two hush puppies were buttery and crispy. This is our leftovers photo, reheated at 425° for about ten minutes.
I also added my hump day, camel cookie cutter photo, because by the time I finish my #freewrite it will be Wednesday. Have a great hump day and eat something tasty today!
