Cooking Nine Thousand Kilometers Away From Hoe
Both me and @bitrocker2020 woke up like 5 in the morning... And we didn't wanna go back to bed again at that time... We were a bit hungry... Initially we just wanted some instant noodle... Then I thought we still have some pork, eggs, onion and instant noodle... So I thought why not cook...
Nothing like cooking a little bit of homemade goodness when you're so far away from home; and to share it with so many good family and friends just makes it that much better.

Steem Kitchen Contest 3: Cheap & Cheerful Sausage & Cheese Roly-Poly
When my sons were little, I was fortunate in having a half day job so I would fetch them from nursery school at lunchtime and be with them for the rest of the day.
A favourite pastime if the weather was not good for playing outdoors, would be helping mom bake. I'd give them their own cookie dough and pan and by the time their pans went into the oven, the cookie dough looked somewhat discoloured, even though they were told to wash their hands before we start baking. But little boys can get distracted as we all know
This looks like a hearty, fill-your-belly for the whole day kind of a sandwich! Roly-Poly? I love that term when I see this sausage filled homemade bread! Can't you just imagine sinking your teeth into a hunk of this?

Ulog 54: Misua With Chicken & Mushroom Ginger Garlic Broth
Had 'Misua' for lunch today that my mum cooked for the family. We had it with a delicious chicken and mushroom broth.
So what is 'Misua'?
Misua (also spelled mee sua or miswa) are a very thin variety of salted noodles made from wheat flour. It originated in Fujian, China
LOVE the chicken being used in this, but now @danielwong has me wondering how the pork meatballs would taste in this? I would definitely be ordering a second bowl of this Misua.
