When the column on the thermometer moves down - it's time for a delicious competition. Delicious Tuesday!
Hello, Steemians friends! Our temperature outside the Windows is colder and colder and now we have (-18*C). On such days, especially want something delicious and, most importantly, warming and scorching. And then I decided: why don't I try to cook Thai soup today - Tom Yam. I'm not a big connoisseur of Lao and Thai national cuisine, but this spicy searing soup can help me diversify my family's menu on this frosty day.
"sharp" in Thailand-much sharper than what we are used to in Russia. So it will be quite a bold experiment for me :). I cook it for the first time
I have prepared all the necessary ingredients according to the chosen recipe. By the way of recipes for this soup, I discovered a large number. Or are they different interpretations of the same thing? I think we have experienced people who can tell me if I'm wrong.
I took the following set of products for cooking:
Tiger prawns,
Lemon,
fish Sauce,
Lemon grass,
ground Ginger,
dried lime Leaves,
coconut Milk,
Cilantro,
sweet chili Sauce,
basmati Rice,
Tom Yama Paste,
chicken Broth,
chili,
mushrooms
WOW! Your Tom Yum looks delicious! I'm very happy that you chose to warm your whole family from the frosty day with this menu from Thailand. Great cooking!
Please take care and always stay warm, my friend! ;)
Lookin really healthy!🌶🍋👍

Thank You, Svetlana! In fact, it's just a very easy recipe :) I'm not too good cook, but in our frosty days it's not even bad to carry out such experiments :)

Woow -18 degrees this is a lot, I live in a country with tropical climate, I can not imagine being at those temperatures maybe I would die hahaha
Good food to warm up, great touch with the shrimp
ha ha, the tropical climate looks much more attractive to me, but -18 is only the average temperature for our winter. Sometimes we experience more severe frosts. Hot dishes are good for these days. Thank you @andrina !
