ย ย ย ย ย Cabbage doesn't necessarily sound like the best ingredient, but it's got a lot of moisture in it, and the besan keeps it crispy on the outside. It might be more similar to a breaded tenderloin for the meat-eaters, just for comparison. Cabbage is something our girls aren't crazy about, but they gladly eat it this way.

I like cabbage in a lot of different ways, so I would imagine I would enjoy this, as well. Great way to get some picky eaters to try it, though!
