10 000 added. The majority goes to delegators since they keep Q alive. Some for sale since not everyone wants to delegate =)
But how is the "some for sale" determined and how is the price set and how does that relate to
The market determined the price. So we need to adjust to it to not crash the market. We need to give the majority of the tokens to the delegators since that is what keeps Qurator going .
