Saludos a los steemians. Este es el concurso de todos los martes sabrosos de qurator. Y, es mi publicación para el concurso

Este es un plato culinario típico de las comidas tradicionales de mi país, Venezuela, en las fiestas decembrinas. Este que forma parte de otros platos en conjunto, solamente es carne de puerco.

Es una pieza de unos tres kilogramos aproximadamente. Marinado con las especies que más nos agraden o con las que contamos, en el momento de la celebración.

Esta pieza de carne, está marinada con especies de jengibre, cúrcuma, pimienta negra, ajo, vino rojo, sal, curry y algunos vegetales como ajíes dulces, pimentón, cilantro, ajo porro, cebollín, además de algo de alcaparras y aceitunas. Se deja marinar por 24 horas y luego al horno. Dependiendo del horno. Durante unas 6 horas aproximadamente, a 200 grados. Y luego viene lo mejor... a degustar!!.

Les confirmo que este en particular quedó muy suculento.

Greetings to the steemians. This is the contest of every tasty tuesday from qurator. And, it's my post for the contest.

This is a typical culinary dish of the traditional foods of my country, Venezuela, at the holiday parties. This one that is part of other dishes together, is only pork.

It is a piece of about three kilograms approximately. Marinated with the species that we like the most or that we have, at the time of the celebration.

This piece of meat is marinated with ginger, turmeric, black pepper, garlic, red wine, salt, curry and some vegetables such as sweet peppers, paprika, coriander, garlic porro, chives, plus some capers and olives. Let it marinate for 24 hours and then baked. Depending on the oven. For about 6 hours, at 200 degrees. And then comes the best ... to taste!

I confirm that this particular one was very succulent.
