El concurso de qurator de todos los martes, se trata de fotografías de comidas. Comidas sabrosas.
¿Les gusta el chocolate? A mi particularmente, me encanta. Por lo general, cocino recetas con chocolate, todo el tiempo. Galletas, tortas, pudines, donas, etc...
En el horno o en el microhondas. Lo distinto es la forma de combinar los elementos y, las cantidades. Porque el producto, siempre será algo rico, con chocolate.
Se mezclan cantidades ya estipuladas de harina de trigo, con azúcar, vainilla, aceite y chocolate. A la final se obtiene esta mezcla.
Después de unos minutos al horno, estos exquisitos ponquecitos, son el resultado. Más se tardan en el horno, que en pasar a ser consumidos totalmente. Son una delicia.
Estos envases o moldes son adecuados para pasar ponquecitos al microhondas. Pero de igual manera, al realizar la integración de los ingredientes, los ponqués se forman y quedan muy ricos.
Cualquiera sea la receta, comer ponqués con chocolate, es lo máximo. Hagan sus recetas y compartan.
