Join qurator fitinfun.jpg

Are you a member of @qurator? You should be if you post regular quality content. I have been a member since last fall and I should have gotten in earlier than that.

Why do I recommend @qurator?

  • get daily upvotes you can rely on forever
  • take advantage of optional ways to get bigger upvotes
  • get referrals for bigger upvotes
  • @qurator might pick your account or post as a feature and you get better upvotes
  • find great community of other steemers to see your posts, vote and interact with you

How can you join @qurator?

Look here to see how to join. Basically:

  • you send them steem
  • they look at your account and approve you OR
  • they look at your account, reject you, and send your steem back

If they reject you, you can ask and find out why. Then you can make changes and improve.

If they accept you, you are in for life! Do nothing else and you will get a vote from them once each day that you post.

How can I get bigger upvotes from @qurator once I join?

If they accept you, you have multiple ways to get better votes over time.

Contests

qurator contests.PNG

@qurator holds three contests for members. The contests available are:

  • Photo Friday
If you are a photographer, nominate yourself for inclusion on the weekly post. Then post your photo content and one week you will be chosen to compete. Follow directions and you might win.

  • Tasty Tuesday
If you are a food photographer, or if you sometimes post food photos, nominate yourself for inclusion on the weekly post. Then post your food photo content and one week you will be chosen to compete. Follow directions and you might win.

  • Toss-up Thursday
This contest is help bi-weekly. Nominate any of your posts when it is active, and you might win.

Both I and my son @bxlphabet have been entered into several of these contests and both of us have won on occasion. All contests lead to better upvotes for 30 days and are very well worth your effort.

Be sure to vote for other when you are not a contestant to support the posts you like.

Vote for @qurator posts and/or delegate and/or pay for bigger upvotes.

There are so many way to do this trick. The best thing I can tell you is to follow their posts and take advantage of the methods you can afford and complete. My son and I both vote for one post a day and also pay a fee monthly. This is very worthwhile for the better votes we get.

@qustodian upvotes

qustodian.PNG

@qustodian is an optional @qurator upvote service you can pay for once each day. You send 0.50 sbd and your post link in a wallet memo. Soon after that, an upvote comes your way. Often, they do not have enough power to vote a value for the whole .50, so you will get a refund for the difference.

I have used many voting bots over my time on steemit, and @qustodian gives me one of the best returns. I usually use it one each day on a 2-3 day old post. Others I know of use it in the first day, hoping to get on “trending” or “hot”. Ether way, you will get better payout when all is said and done.

Referrals

If you decide to join @qurator because you saw this post, I will be so grateful if you let them know I referred you. This is how you do that.

Mention my name in the memo when you send your registration by adding “referred by @fitinfun” in your wallet transfer.

I will get a $1 SBD upvote from @qurator just because you are awesome!

Write a post like this one to get a @qurator upvote and resteem

I know you will love @qurator as much as I do. Once you have been in a few weeks, write a post like this one talking about your experience, and see what happens. The best part about steemit is helping your friends, so I know this will pay off for you.

  • Alert! If you are multi-lingual:
If you write in another language, do it for this promo post! @qurator is actively reaching out to our international communities and you can help. The more we grow in other languages, the better for steemit as a whole. So many people are here that do not write in English and regular @qurator votes will help them.

Is there anything I do not like about @qurator?

I am really happy with @qurator and love the votes and support I get. The only thing I will say, is that sometimes things are complicated and I do not understand what I need to do for any given idea.

Read this post to find out how to get to the various upvote levels. If you are dumb like me, you might not understand everything.

But there is wonderful news to solve that problem. All you need to do is ask as question on any post. You will quickly get an answer so you know what to do.

I also advise joining the @qurator discord channel. I was late in doing that and just joined a few weeks ago, now my @qurator experience is even better, so do not forget that step.

In Conclusion

A final point about @qurator is that the daily upvote is motivation for me to post on steemit each day. If you are a steemit blogger, you need to blog! Knowing you are a good vote coming in is vary helpful for that goal.

I hope you will give it a try. This is a great place and will help you progress. Please ask questions if you have them in my comments, and I will answer!

I used @qurator images for the posters in this post. They are very picky about plagiarism. If you use photos or images from others, be sure to properly give credit!

SImply guided @fitinfun awesome work I am already joined if not I was not will definitely join through your referral :)

Aw! Thank you so much. I'm glad you like the post :)

I tried ages ago and they refused me - 'cos my posts are really poor quality or something... lol

Try again. You have good posts. Maybe you were in a slump. If you get declined, ask them why, but I do not think you will be. This one is worth the effort.

I have a suspicion that they operate around facebook's political values and free speech principals...(just a feeling)

I already a member of qurator and it is a help!

It's so nice to get the votes and a great place to find friends :)

So wonderfully explained @fitinfun. And yes... a wonderful help to many.

Thank you @jaynie. This was one of me better choices here :)

I can see why :)

@fitnfun thank you for your on going support towards @echowhale your post has been reviewed and upvoted

Always enjoyed this community @fitinfun hope you have a great weekend.

One foot in front of the other :) Thank you so much @joanstewart.

This is very interesting. I will have a look into it. Cheers for the heads up about qurator ☺

This question isn't related closely to your post, but I'm asking because I know you've written about helping minnows and have been involved with aspects of steemit that I haven't yet. There is an account that began in May of 2018 that seems to post mostly or only articles and photos from other sources. I haven't seen any original content coming from this person. Is that allowable as long as they always post a link to the source? It might be someone who is naive and doesn't understand the original content aspect of steemit. Do you know the best way to ask an admin or someone to look into it? Thanks for any advice!

If it seems like a good person, I would try to help if I can.

If it seems like a scam, report it here:
http://steemcleaners.com/reports/new

I report a few people each week and get small wallet transfers sometimes for it. Sometimes the person has already been reported and they will tell you this when you post. But if you are first and they agree with you, you get paid.

I am sure to only report actual bad guys. I will not report minnows how are trying and don't know something.

Depending on the issue, this place will either try to help or they will kill the account. There were people using bots to make garbage posts a couple of months ago and they were killed. But some others have improved instead.

This is definitely worth your effort

This is a very good post for promo, Mom. I'm glad you got me on this and I am happy to get the the votes each day.
