My pleasure @sherylneil. I checked out all of the entries, too, and I must say; there’s some top shelf professionals over there that could easily win each week without even looking at their dish!
I, personally, thought your dish was something I could whip up any time, it’s the first one out of all of them we’re going to try. Vegan, crafty, easy to follow recipe, great job! And congrats on the @qurator shout-out. You deserve it! It looks like the community agrees on this one, chef.
