I was just reading the rules of Steemit and found this:
"What is considered spam or abuse? - Selling or offering to buy votes/resteems/follows, or schemes that facilitate this."
So could you please explain why this is legit? Else I think this is not allowed.

We do not sell votes, we offer a service. A support system to all who post real and original content. Too much spam that most of the users who deserves some rewards for their hard work gets overlooked, we try to help out. Our registration fee is to cover our costs and get more SP from the lease market in order to offer support to others. =)
Well, objectively it seems like vote selling to me (fees for votes), especially when taking into concern that you also offer tiers.

An deiner Stelle würde ich mal nicht so rum stressen, sonst findet sich dein Account bald im Minus Bereich. Das kommt aber nicht von mir. Glaub mal nur, dass hier in den oberen Etagen schon ein Auge auf dir ruht.
Aber nicht weil du hier als Meldeheld gefeiert wirst. Ich glaube du hast noch gar nicht verstanden, WAS steemit überhaupt ist. ;)
Am besten erst mal Füsse still halten und umschauen, was hier läuft. Dann kannste immer noch deine Denunzianten Mütze aufziehen, wenn es dir passt.

I just wanted to point out what the FAQ says regarding this topic. If that is wrong feel free to correct me. But for now most replies I received from you and @red-rose were rather unpolite.
The FAQ is a little out dated on that topic. It was also written before these types of services evolved. It was meant to curb spam lottery type posts that were common at the time. Still are but not as much.
These posts generally consisted of copying the same content over and over asking for upvotes in exchange for a share of the posts payout.
