There is something I don't understand then, I signed for tier 2 11 days ago by sending 2 sbd, and the same day I have set up a 100 % upvote with Steemvoter in your favor, which means I have upvoted your posts since at least 10 days.... :-(
so now I don't understand why I didn't reach the tier, and if I can not trust steemvoter to have upvote each day your post, well, I don't know what I can do....feeling a bit sad that things doesn't work whereas I have all settled to follow the rules... :-(
This is nothing against you...I just have to tell it like it is, you know...
We can understand the frustration here. Most of the Steemit services run from certain nodes. Sometimes these nodes fail or are down for a few seconds/minutes. We saw you vote was missing on day 45 of the Daily Qurator. Steemvoter is a great service but it too sometimes miss and upvote.
We will look into making it a better service but for now those are our rules. I guess checking in once a week (on a Sunday) and making sure Steemvoter did not miss any posts will be easiest and best way to stay up to date with tiers.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we will look into it more and see if we can make it more streemlined.

In fact I checked everyday that steemvoter was ok by checking the logs daily and everything seemed ok, I supposed I missed something, but this is not so very important, I'm happy to support anyway, and yes, I will probably consider leasing to the project instead...I just need to have a quite moment to look at that and understand it all ;-)
Indeed what makes me feel good is to receive answers and comprehension ^_^
Steemit services can be quite annoying sometimes and hard to fully rely on them. You could consider leasing to the project and then you never have to worry about Steemvoter missing an upvote. Could also bump you up to T5 =)

Glad to help out. We want all members to be happy with the service. We aim to please and support.
By delegating and upvoting you can stay at T5 indefinitely. So for example if you delegate 400 and have your steemvote active. Even if you miss one day via steemvoter you will still be at T5 the whole time
