Veggie Burger is awesome... at least them who taste good. I have tasted too many bad burgers!

ย ย ย ย ย @angelicsaman, some of the worst veggie burgers I have eaten have been in restaurants. It usually ends in a mushy mess halfway through eating, and I have to switch to a fork keep eating. This #ital recipe won't let you down, but it is all in the technique. @riverflows perhaps has the easiest idea by freezing them, although I've never done it myself. I am curious to seen how freezing them turns out.
