Can you tell the difference?
It is ridiculously easy to get caught up in a fake world full of things that are superficially perfect, but rotten at the very core. Most of what we see these days, fills that description to the T. It is up to each and every one of us to make the decision if that is what we would like to focus our attention on or avoid like the plague.
Real is rare and fake is everywhere, and it doesn’t take any time at all to realize that. Switching on a TV, reading a newspaper or opening up practically any form of social media, we are bombarded by the unreal, surreal, and flat out fakery of our modern times.
When we find what is real and when we know that to be the case, hold on to it. The genuine and the worthiness of some things can never be replaced by some flashy, high production value bullshit that just makes you feel good in the moment. Be REAL and let everybody know that you mean it.

This could be disturbing sometimes. Like I use to say, I hate praising and see people giving accolade to people who never deserve it. That is where this fake life started.

I'm following you just because of this post. It's the first one I've seen from you and already I want to follow... sometimes it's hard to see the fake because people have convinced themselves that all this fake is real. By the time they recognize it's fakeness it's already too late. Friendships are an example of such a situation. Let's be real in realness! ✊

I blame the media for boosting fake people all the time. People like the Kardashians who do anything for attention are the ones getting it. I mean trump is president and he is the biggest fake of all time.
There are plenty of avenues perpetuating the 'fake', that's why it is up to us to look past it all and keep things real.
