State of mind matters!
Success only happens when you go out and get it. It doesn’t magically appear and it doesn’t fall into your lap like a stripper at happy hour. The ones who are making something real and worthwhile happen with their time are the ones putting in the real effort.
You can only go so far on your own, and to really level things up to BOSS status, you need to be around and in the presence of qualified and ambitious individuals. The simple act of surrounding yourself with those on the same missions as you creates a whole new epic dynamic.
Ideas flow, voices get heard, action gets taken, success happens. It is a formula that some of the most successful people in this world roll with. In order to get to the places you want to get to, helping others is key, as well as being able to ask for help if you need it. Success is a journey, travel it with confidence and with others who think similarly.

So true, surrounding yourself with people who have similar goals is gonna benefit for all the individuals within the group... There will be more quality ideas involved, but also the level of support and positivity shared between each other.
