Change is inevitable!
Change is a part of life, it is always happening and it’s always going to be happening. Change is the thing that either keeps us on our toes or gets us to hide under the bed. Never be scared of any kind of change that may occur.
We not always know or can plan what will happen, but we need to rest assured that whatever does happen is the right thing at the right time. We can avoid doing things, we can avoid making decisions, we can avoid situations, but change is the only unavoidable thing we face. So the best thing to do is to stare change in his face and live it, work with it, and make it good.
Don’t be afraid of unknowns, they are part of the fun of this life experience, the randomness and the chaos keeps us sharp and ready to take on the world with an unrivaled passion. When we have a positive perspective of the things to come, none of them will kick our ass and even if they do, we can overcome any obstacles as we get to them.

Every second the whole universe is changing, our body cells change every second so we are not the same as we were one second away.
Change is good. Look at how technological changes have brought good things. Computers, smart phones, the internet, social media...it's all good things.
Even in our lives positive change is good. Without change the status quo will likely remain and you'll be 'passed' by the world.
