If you want to savor the sweet taste of victory, you need to keep at it, through thick and thin. The amount of perseverance you have towards reaching your dreams and goals is the deciding factor if you will actually reach them.
Sometimes when the situations you are involved with get out of hand and purely chaotic in nature, it is a normal response to step back and maybe even stop what you are doing, but that would be bad. You may need to change course on things, but never stop and wait for a better time to get rolling again. The stopping is what kills momentum and any forward progress you may already have.
Go at you target with full force, you may slow down, but keep going at all costs. Your constant persistence is what will be the true X factor that you need, whether you know it or not. You got this, so get out there and do it.
