i quit smoking a month ago :-) quit smoking day 1

Hey everybody, wow  i just realized that i am not smoking for 4 weeks.

I am 32 and smoked for 16 years .

I really thought that this is imposible but actually its not that hard after the first week, i will try to explain what i 

felt everyday if i can remember:

The reason i didnt write till now , is because i didnt really believe that i am capable to quit anyway...

day 1:  my last cigaret was at 4:30 PM , i remember i was very angry that day , i dont know why , but i went for a noon nap ,when i woke up i said thats it i am quiting smoking, no help from nobody , but cold turkey.

After 2 hours i wanted a cigaret, so what do you do when you want a cigaret??

i got very angry and disapointed from my self 

but i didnt gave up ,i statred to find things to get my self not thinking of cigaretes, i talked to my friend and ask him to lets go out for a beer, but smokers knows the habit of smoking when you go out and you drink, i didnt smoke which i was very glad, but he decided to smoke a joint and i do smoke pot ,but in israel when you smoke weed usually you put tabaco which the weed because weed in israel is expensive (1 gram == 30 USD ) for a regular  weed .

i smoked that joint although i felt not so glad about that because i actually smoke tabaco , when i returned home i was feeling very troubled , on how will i go to sleep with out a cigaret  ,the result was that i only felt asleep at 5 AM!!!  wow it was the hardest day , 3 hours later when mt alarm clock  woke me up at 8 AM i called my manager and told him i am not coming to work  "i am not feeling so good, probley sick"

 I went back to sleep when i woke up at 12  i relaized that in 4 hours from now i will be free of smoking for 24 hours thats a good achievment for me because believe it or not that my record for not smoking for the last 16 YEARS.
