Lessons Learned In The Sad Story Of Rosie Loosing Her Arm
Noki is a super sweet girl with so much love in her heart.
She has a handful of toys that are her favorite which she plays with everything will day.
The other day her one year old brother was playing with one of her favorite baby dolls Rosie.
Noki grabbed it out of his hands and in doing so Rosie arm broke off. It was unable to be fixed or out back on so that it could actually move. She is as devastated.
Her hear poured out sobbing for 10 minutes at the loss of her favorite little doll.
After about an hour when she recovered from the tragedy she said. Daddy I learned my lesson today. I said “what is that?” She said “not to grab stuff out of other peoples hands.”
She learned this all on her own without me having to scold or teach.
There is always an opportunity for blessing or silver lining as they say. Even in tragedy.
Noki continues to show her extraordinary wisdom beyond her years.

Awwwwwww
Your So Sweet Noki!
Learning such valuable lessons on her own is amazing to watch-no coercion, no scolding, no blaming --only pure responsibility.
And now it's fixed!!!
We have an armless John Lennon doll. It was a sad day (for me more so maybe), but he is affectionately known as Otherwise able John now.
An opportunity to talk about ability verses disability. He is still cool and loved, even if he only has one arm.
Ha ha Ha ha ha great story!
in fact we actually fixed The doll. Noki says it works better than before
