It's out! Dice Challenge #25
Figure out the color of the missing dice and number of eyes on each missing dice. I will transfer the prize to the first person who posts the correct answer to the puzzle. To be eligible for the prize your answer should include:
- The color of each of the missing dice combined with the number of eyes on those dice
- A clear explanation on how you got to your answer (the logic behind your solution)
Example:
Solution: Purple 2 | Green 3
Logic: The dice of each color should add up to 12 (based on the complete sets).
Green: 1 + 6 + ? + 2 = 12
Purple: 2 + 4 + 4 + ? = 12
Pink: 3 + 3 + 3 + 3 = 12
Blue: 1 + 5 + 6 = 12

Logic #1: If dice come with a pair, they should be in the same color
Logic #2?
Answer comes up by wild guess,
first row, 6 blue
Second row, 4 blue
Third row, 3 Yellow
last line, yellow 6?
Ugh I guess I'm not that smart to join this challenge, but I'll post it anyway because I've spent like 15 mins trying to figure it out..
Thanks for trying this one @astriela. Logic 1 is actually correct, the rest is still to be figured out :-)
No please sorry i don't know how to do that,but i love the colourful dice. ..
First line: a 6 blue, because it's the only missing number, and blue because it goes by 2 :D
second line: a 6 blue, because it goes decreasing by 2 each time, and it's only blue dices
third line: a 1, yellow, since it's incresing by one each time, and it's only yellow dices
but the last line, since there is nothing, I don't know xD if it's the same as the 3rd line, I would say 6 yellow, for the same logic (we went from 3 to 4 to 5, so the 6 is missing :D)
Anyway, that's just guess aha :D

There is an overarching logic to be discovered for this dice challenge and it does not involve a particular logic per line. Can you solve it ;-) ?
I tried something else, but still don't get the last dice xD So it must be false again :p
I saw that there is not the same number of dice for each color (more yellow than blue), but their value is the same (22 yellow, 22 blue), so I think there is 3 blue and one yellow (so that we have the same number of yellow and blue), and that there value must be the same at the end...
Plus, there is 2 solo dices yellow, so the 2 solo dices missing must be blue, and since it seems it goes by pair, we can determine the color of each missing dice... but not the value (for the moment ;))
That's as far as I'll go today xD is it correct, or not at all? :o
Cool to see you participate @remic2005! That last one is a b* right? ;-) In my solution there is no relation between the number of eyes on all the dice of each color. The ones in pairs have a particular reason to be in pairs like this.
Ok I'll try another approach then :D
