It is true. @pushup value depends on amount of total bids collected in a round.
For example:
Sam bids 1 SBD,
Bob bids 4 SBD.
Totals bids are 5 SBD.
Sam gets 20% @pushup,
Bob gets 80% @pushup.
Everybody gets a share of @pushup according to total bids collected in a 2.5 hours round.
