Wooow, amazing view, though we cant be there only in our dreams but seing those pic and food u share seems i've been thrill and been in the place even in the pic, lol. But, wish i could have the recipe of that fish, it seems like our escabeche fish here in philppines so tasty!!! Love the place you have been.
I think they just dredge the fish in some flour and deep-fry it whole. There are sauces, but usually I just got it topped with garlic, butter, and maybe lemon. It was best simple, since it was so fresh. :)
