Faz sentido isso sim. Mais vale uma postagem que todo mundo ache interessante e tentado a votar do que várias que só fazem encher linguiça. Mas o mais importante de tudo no longo prazo é nunca desanimar e se manter sempre postando e participando da comunidade.
Vou tentar seguir mais nessa linha.
Uma dúvida que talvez você possa ajudar: esse numero ao lado do novo é a reputação, certo? Como isso se da? Tem a ver com o valor em carteira? Quantidade de posts? Quantidade de votos recebido ou dados? Sabes explicar como esse numero é definido?
A reputação tem a ver com os votos que recebe e com a reputação de quem te deu o voto. Quanto maior a reputação de quem vota em você mais rápida a sua reputação cresce.
Hm. Nada tem a ver com saldo? Pq vi algumas contas criadas esse mês, e que já tem altíssima reputação e levantam uma grana muito alta. Faz sentido isso? Veja essa, por exemplo:

Criada em setembro de 2018. Inclusive aparece somente um post, mas na quantidade de posts diz que tem 26. Reputação de 58. Unico post ali ja rendeu 322 doletas. E a carteira deles é quase 0.
Sabes explicar isso? Eu não consigo entender.
Veja que essa conta que você citou tem um post num valor altíssimo e votado por gente de alta reputação. Então pode ter sido por isso.
