Quando Recebo As Recompensas Steem?
Na Steem (quase) toda atividade é recompensada, inclusive é possível acompanhar qual a expectativa de pagamento em comentários e postagens.
Mas também, caso você seja novato, talvez se pegue pensando como receber essas recompensas.
Primeiramente, elas não são pagas imediatamente. Já tive que explicar pra alguns amigos isso pois eles pensavam que "se eu recebo um voto que vale 10 centavos, cadê os 10 centavos"?
De maneira breve:
Você não recebe imediamente após receber o voto. Você recebe após 7 dias

A Steem possui recompensas para curadores e criadores de conteúdo, para incentivar a curadoria, existe um algorítmo que avalia quem votou e quando. Antigamente esse algorítimo era fácil de explicar, mas, graças aos robôs que abusavam do sistema, foi ficando mais confuso, mas em suma, a quantidade de recompensa para os curadores (quem vota) é baseado em quando o curador vota.

Como dá pra notar, mesmo que você não saiba inglês, não existe maneira fácil de explicar essas fórmulas para novatos, no começo realmente era muito mais simples, mas agora a fórmula está mais "refinada" com o objetivo de recompensar os curadores que descobrem e votam em conteúdo bom antes dos outros mas abrindo menos brechas para abuso do sistema.
Durante 7 dias as recompensas são acumuladas e 75% vai para o criador do post e 25% para os curadores, após isso o criador da postagem, ou comentário não recebe mais.
Após esse período a recompensa fica em um "limbo" até você "reclamar" sua recompensa, no caso, estou usando o busy para escrever esse artigo, e na minha carteira tem um botão para reclamar as recompensas
