Lot of layers. Was stuck in a dead in job for a long time, and I would always blame management for being incompetent. But at some point I realized if I didn't like the way things were being run, I should step up do something about. Needless to say, I found something better. Great post!

I learned blaming others is a complete waste of time. It does nothing for them, only hurts you...
