The basis of power is the relationship between the head and the subordinate ,who in the process of overcoming difficulties and making efforts.We do not work for the sake of self-development,but to gain the influence of other people or the collective. There is also abuse of power,where people are manipulated and illegal contracts are concluded. Being in fear, people allow to rule over themselves, it is the loss of work, exclusion from the University, etc.
Power is a centralizing structure to make policies and apply them in an organization, but it is destructive if there are abuse and corruption, the institutional outcomes are only poverty, injustice and inequality.
