Here come another new month and the beginning of the second half of the year. Have you started to think of your achievement so far in the first half of the year? It seems like nothing has been achieved so far. Some of you are already thinking all your plans for the year can't be achieved due to an environmental factor, social factor, mental factor and even personal factor.

I will share some magic associated with plans and purpose planned by human and how this can be achieved. It may not be perfect tips but it will go a long way to change your thinking and set your ablaze to think big and change your thinking for better.

• Live your dreams

What are your plans, dreams, ideas, and thought for this year? Or let me ask do you have a general dream? If yes of cause every human has what he/she wanted in life but how often do you think about it?

If you think about it, do you live by it? Living by it is by action. The step you take everytime is one step in/out to your destination.

• Take Time to Dream and Think

As man thinketh in his heart so he is.

So many of us love to see ourselves in good condition and position but so we really set for this?

The dream is good but how many times have you sat down pen your dream down? Write down your thought is like preparing a ground to sow a seed. Until you take your time and settle down think about your life and what you want to activate big dream for yourself will be very difficult.

• Believe in you and your ideas

This is what you need to look into closely. There are two things involved. Believing in yourself and your ideas is the most important things. A man can believe in himself and have a very big idea but because the idea is too big he felt he can't achieve it and try to cut his coat according to his size. There is a quote by John Mason

If a shoe fit, dont wear it.

The expansion is what is needed in the journey of life. If your dream is so small it meant you are not ready to expand your mind. Great people think big and they become great men with large heart. Believe in you and your idea is another strategy in the school of thinking big.

• Get on your feet again after each failure

In the journey of life, we try so many things in actualizing our dreams but the end product becomes negative. Failing on the journey of achieving your dream is to learn the way you can't achieve that dream and you stand on your feet to strategize your move.

• Surround yourself with like-minded believers

In the multitude of counsel, there is safety. Many of us have great ideas well documented and we have been working towards achieving it. Tell me who your best friends are, and I will tell you who you are. If you run with wolves you will learn how to howl. But, if you associate with eagles, you will learn how to soar to great heights. The less you associate with some people, the more your life will improve. Choose your associations carefully.

• Treat Others with Respect

Respect is reciprocal so they said. When you respect others you get closer to each other and share experience in the journey of life which can open the way for a great opportunity that will catapult you to another step in achieving your dream.

• Break down your vision into ambitious goal

Big dream too small steps. Many of us have a big dream but breaking them into small steps is a major problem. Again you can have your vision and steps writing down but balancing them is very important. You need to recognize your one next logical step. In business, you need to find the components that are very easy and result in money. Why did I mention the money it is because business comes with paying off bills and if you need to achieve that your big dream and your starting step did not result in money the plan may collapse you need to find your one next logical step.

Also you one next step needs to be broken down into a small goal. Like you have a business and you are thinking to break this down by finding a mentor as the one next step then you know finding a mentor will take you to research for one which is a first small goal in one next step of your finding a mentor. Thereafter you find means to reach out to them and also pick who you want to help you in achieving your plan. This is just a little illustration on how to break down your one next logical step.

In conclusion, everyone can dream big and make it bigger but the most important thing is the execution. It is the steps, action and who you relate with that determine your deliverable. Be careful of your company
