RE: You Never 'Make' Time, You Can Only Schedule it!
I really like the idea of creating intentionality around our time - and also being mindful of not only how we use and schedule our time, but also how we use our words. For instance one expression that people often use is "to kill time", which is equally crazy as "make time". Thanks for the article. :)
I also agree with the above said that "not having time" is a not empowered way of speaking - if we say I don't do this because it is not a priority for me - it is more empowering and also truthful. A few months ago I started stretching my legs. I spend 30 minutes per day in the morning resting my legs up against the wall and the results have been incredible - haven't been able to even bend down properly, now I can rest my palms next to my feet! Woop woop for intentional time spending. :)

You touched on an important factor, which is our personal responsibility for spending our time wisely. Embracing this responsibility makes it much more likely that we will use it responsibly ;)
Yes absolutely. Unfortunately we live in a society where we keep giving our power away, to our partners, parents, governments, "authorities" - taking responsibility is extremely empowering, and even one person can make such a huge difference with the way they chose to spend their time. I actually just wrote an article about how there were studies that schooling really robs us from our creativity - another way we are quite disempowered: in our schooling system. Research has shown that 95% of children aged 5 fall into the category of creative genius, while the older they get this is educated out of us - by the time we are adults only about 2% of us are in this category...
