"negative" thinking is one side of the coin. anytime you omit ANY part of the reality of a situation, you are excluding potentially vital data. The problem comes when people begin obsessing over the worst case scenarios and begin seeing themselves as incapable of adapting and taking control. They feel helpless and valueless--incapable of preparing for or accomodating the dangers of change and "downsides". Because of this they unintentionally cause a self fulfilling prophecy.

I think negative and physically experience positive, as for me it's being in balance

I think about very ill people being prayed for. Some end up getting well and some die. No one ever hears from those who died, to say that everyone was praying for them and they died. The ones who live are the only ones telling the tale that people prayed for them and they got better. That makes it sound like praying produces a much better outcome than it actually does.
