Is Happiness A Choice In The Moment?/ Waiting for "opportunities" to be Happy
I wanted to talk about this topic briefly, although I know for some reason it seems to be a bit of a controversial subject. Some people don't want to believe they have control of their thoughts and emotions, so they rather take whatever pill their doctor has prescribed for them. I discuss this further in the video.

I think happiness is a choice. We can 'make' an opportunity to be happy. Never wait for happiness to come to you. You have to find ways to be happy.

@therealwolf 's created platform smartsteem scammed my post this morning (mothersday) that was supposed to be for an Abused Childrens Charity. Dude literally stole from abused children that don't have mothers ... on mothersday.
