RE: Emotional Intelligence

Hi @fucho80,

I MUST REALLY SAY SORRY AND IT ISN'T ENOUGH. I missed your earlier topic 'Mass Control Methods' and I feel so bad about it. I read that article also.....I MUST SAY THAT YOUR ARTICLES ARE MIND BLOWING AND IMPACTING OUR MINDS.....in the POSITIVE SIDE!

Thanks for the memo and for giving me a chance to comment on this invaluable article!

HATS OFF TO YOU!

a.) "Emotional Intelligence helps us not only in the workplace or professional, in our daily lives but we learn to understand and control our emotions, we may live a life making temperamental decisions based on our emotions, decisions of which we end up repentant."

Frankly speaking, I heard about IQ, but this is the 1st time am encountering this exciting words 'emotional intelligence'.

After reading your article, I realized the importance of EI in using it as a key parameter for selecting people to top management jobs in the organization.

b.) "....... a leader who does not have a good level of Emotional Intelligence will make decisions based on the emotions of the moment, which brings with it high probabilities of being wrong....."

Of course, the one who can understand OTHERS' emotions can only handle the very same emotions VERY WELL!

c.) "......companies are being very careful with the staff they hire......to their level of Emotional Intelligence, since they have realized that the performance.......groups know how to handle emotions..."

This clearly shows the VERY, VERY IMPORTANT role EI is playing!
