4 WOMEN OF SULTAN (VERY WISE PARABLE)
4 WOMES OF SULTAN (WISE PARABLE).
One sultan had four wives. Most of all he loved his fourth wife - the most young and affectionate. Sultan gave her rich clothes, jewelry, petted her and cherished. He loved his third wife - an exceptional beauty. Going to other countries, he always took her with him, so that everyone could see her beauty, and he was always afraid that one day she would leave him and run away to someone else. Sultan also loved his second wife - smart and sophisticated in intrigues. She was his confidant, always intelligent, benevolent and patient. When the Sultan had problems, he trusted their second wife, and she helped her husband out of a difficult situation, through difficult times. The first wife was the oldest and he inherited from the late elder brother. The woman was very devoted to her husband and did everything possible to preserve and increase the wealth of both the Sultan and his entire country. Despite this, the sultan did not love his first wife, and even the fact that she deeply loved him did not touch the sultan. He paid no attention to her. Somehow the sultan fell ill. Then he remembered his life full of luxury, and thought: "Now I have four wives, but when I die, I will remain alone." And he asked his fourth wife: - I loved you more than anyone else, I gave you all the best, shore you with special diligence. Now that I'm dying, are you ready to follow me into the realm of the dead? - And do not think! - the fourth wife answered and left without dropping another word. Her words, like a dagger, struck the heart of a man. The saddened sultan asked his third wife: - I have admired you all my life. Now that I'm dying, are you ready to follow me into the kingdom of shadows? - Not! - answered his third wife. - Life is so beautiful! When you die, I think to get married! Sultan was sad - his heart had never known such pain. Then he asked his second wife: - I always came to you for help, and you always helped me and was for me the best adviser. Now that I'm dying, are you ready to follow me to where the pale shadows groan and pray to the ruler of souls for mercy? “It’s a pity I cannot help you this time,” the second wife answered. “The most I can do is to bury you with honor.” Her response struck the Sultan like thousands of thunder and lightning. At that moment he heard a voice: “I will go with you and follow where you go to the end!” The Sultan looked towards the voice and saw his first wife - exhausted and haggard with grief, almost unrecognizable. Struck by the sultan, he said: “I should have been more attentive to you while I could do it!” Each of us has four wives. Our fourth wife is our body; no matter how much time and effort we put into looking good, it will leave us when we die. Our third wife is our career, position, money, wealth, social status. When we die, they will go to others. Our second wife is our family and relatives. No matter how much they helped us here, the most that they can do for us is escort to the grave. And our first wife is our soul, often ignored by us because of the pursuit of luck, power, wealth and pleasure. Despite this, the soul is the only one who accompanies us wherever we go. By treating it with care and attention, protecting and developing it, we can give the world and ourselves the greatest gift.
