Definetelly the best way to understand your emotional level would be to start to invest / trade inside the crypto blockchain and that would make you understand if you're with cold blood, easy to manipulate to go with the crowd when they say it's bull run or it's bear run :-)

Very good advice and I would like to try, unfortunately now I am unable to make important investments, thanks for your advice, I think it is a way to measure the ability to control emotions, know how to discern the best time and make a winning investment.
