To establish and operate effective leadership it is necessary to know the full meaning of the word leadership. what is a leader? and know how to handle the difference between being a leader or being a boss, we must understand that being in front of a group or having the responsibility of a company, a work team or something similar, that does not make us leaders, we can be bosses but not necessarily leaders.

Leader

Leaders are defined as people capable of guiding and influencing other people or groups of people, and who also recognize them as such.

A true leader should be characterized as an honest person, with the ability to work with different people, with the ability to express their opinions and ideas, and try to encourage others to express their own positions. They are usually people who think strategically and in the future. Another of the qualities that allows to stand out as a leader is the charism, this virtue allows them to attract other people and call them to the desired action.

Leadership

Leadership is the set of managerial or managerial skills that an individual has to influence the way of being or acting of people or in a specific work group, making this team work with enthusiasm towards the achievement of their goals and objectives .

In order to have an effective leadership it is necessary to be a good leader, this implies exhibiting some characteristics that make the other people of the group follow you with confidence, achieving a harmonious work that will lead them to reach the proposed objectives. Without effective leadership it is very difficult to achieve a cohesive work that allows a good performance in the group.

Ability to communicate .
