Interesting choice of topic buddy. Very close to my interests. I've been watching number of videos about leadership lately :)

Just like you said, many people still mistake being an effective boss and being a leader.

Just like you said, many people are still being an effective boss and being a leader.

Each person in charge of a project must focus on being a leader, becoming that person whom people want to follow.

Note: You are a great leader, when I wrote this work I remembered you.
