That was really great advice @swedishdragon, we all tend to take on too much on many occasions, or we just have some bad habits, but it is important to recognice what we can and cannot change, have an awesome weekend.

aw i dident actually mean it as advice per say; just my view point to it ;)
Yeah i agree plus we have a tendency to think we can7should be best at every thing.. which then in turn gets the best out of us.. Know your limitation and be ok with them :D
I agree, see/accept what we cant control, make your mind more content and calm :)
