Do you have that disempowering feeling?
I somehow realise that all that I have got to do is to take little action. Taking even tiny action bit by bit have a positive consequence . Unfortunately when one thing get cleared , another one would pile up screaming for attention.
The whole idea is keep on taking small action consistently. Do this daily and it will grow your self confidence. When your self confidence is high, you will feel good about yourself.
One of the key thing is to learn to say no to the things that is not contributing to your personal or business growth. Learning to say no does not mean that you do not care enough but rather you are paying more attention to things that matter to you. It would be meaningless to say yes to an assignment which you are going to do half heartedly. At least people will appreciate of your honesty.
