I may not be physically addicted to weed, but I still have decided to only smoke on the weekends. I fine myself looking for reasons to light up. Not a good feeling.
As long as it doesn't get in your way and it doesn't steal too much money, it's not so bad. But if you don't feel good about it, maybe you should ditch it.
I think part of it is when I got nothing interesting going on, weed makes the boring interesting. Feeling that time with something more worthwhile might help we lean on weed a little less.
