Here is a small two chapter book I just wrote for you, like just now...

It explains why the PWO (post workout) meal must be delivered fast and on time after our strenuous workout.

This is for people who follow my guide linked at the bottom. If you eat break fast in the morning, this guide is not for you.

The reason being, if we’ve eaten a big meal before our workout, our PWO meal timing won’t matter, because our body is already digesting food. It will be put on “queue” and absorbed after the food we’ve already ate.

That’s why I’m a big fan of getting JUST enough protein to get us through our workout, and of course the protein of choice is the fastest acting protein available.

The speed at which we absorb our PWO meal can give us an arm up in building muscle!
