Steemit Promotional Campaign at River State University; Over 50 Accounts Registered, What's App Community Created With Over 100 People Who Will Be Registering And Over 800 Business Card Given

Happy new month to you all

The last day of January was an amazing day for me, as it marks my last day in Rivers state for a three days steemit promotional campaign and meetup at the prestigious Rivers State University of Science and Technology . It right to give honor to who it's due, kudos to @keban and the entire @credo community for making this a success.

Day One; Giving out over 200 Steemit Business Card

The Steem Power ' Breakfast Awareness' Campaign at Rivers State University Of Science and Technology started on day one with one on one reach out by a team lead by @keban and they did massively, giving out over 200 business card which serve as gate pass to the main event.

Day Two; Introducing Steemit to Over 600 People

The responds of the people was so great and this lead to the introduction of @samiwhyte to day two awareness campaign team and I lead the team to the massive crowd of over 600 people and I did exceptionally well as this cause a major rampage in the theater and over 600 business cards were distributed. Day Three; Over 50 Accounts Registered, What's App Group Created With Over 100 People

Finally the long waited and talked about day finally stepped in and we hand a huge turn out of over a hundred, the people are so ready to learn as majority of them where present before kick off time which is 8:30am. With the very tight academic schedule the people stayed back as they saw reasons to be part of this great family.

We also had in attendance over 20 steemians to grace and help support the event, the likes of @ododah, @braide, @wyxlight, @thelifewire, @njokuoluchukwu, @tekadii, @dejojenifa, @hibiz, @darlingtoncj, @metttle, @missplendor, @nexty, @peace92, @operaqueen20 and several others, who will permit me to skip their names. The newbies also received help from these steemians to set up their accounts. Free internet access was also granted to add their registration, as we ended up registering over 50 new accounts waiting for approval.

About a 100 more could not register as a result of several challenges which could not be fixed their. A what's app community was created by @tekadii to help reach out and support these potential steemian to get registered and started on the platform. Most of the newbies also begged @samiwhyte for another session after their accounts have been approved, to enable them make a proper introductory post.

It was an adventurous trip for me, as I prepare to hit the city of Benin in preparation for a great steemit campaign sometime in the year.
