I am learning so much from you guys @starkerz and @anarcotech.
Get investors from outside is key, regarding (Minute 32'34")
When I think about what we need to do on this platform and steem to make it grow efficiently my thoughts always collide with these 3 things :

1-How to attract outside steem investors?
2-How to make scalable what we do here with steem?
3- How to acellerate Steem adoption into the ordinary world?

      If you attract outside investors in to invest in our communities, we will have a profit share program for those who find the business.
    2. always plan from teh beginning of what you do in order to prdict the scalability issues of later on, especially maintenance or administration of operations.
