Our Fear.

I have heard many times people talking about reasons they do not want to stay active on social media. To my surprise, many of these people do belong to the same family but they never are ready to admit that this really is the reason behind their fear of getting so deep into social media. Upon the little survey, it came to my realization that, most people here in Ghana and Africa do not work. Poverty, as we have known, has engulfed Africa for some time which has greatly contributed to our operation on social media.

The use of internet data is so much expensive that an unemployed graduate will find much difficulty in trying to get registered even for a job subscription. Many would love to work and explore by staying active on the web but they do not have what it takes to get enough internet data to do so. This has caused a deep fear in a lot of people who we expect to be so active to work more to improve their lives and the lives of others. We hope that someday, the government and other agencies put in place a good measure to make internet data so much cheaper so students can make good use of the internet on their research projects and other educative activities.
