Hello all Steemian allys, friends and followers worldwide - it's with great excitement that I get to share my recent invitation to be a panelist and presenter at the Premiere Edition of the Steem Creators Conference next month in Las Vegas!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I first heard from the organizer IJ @Steemcafe a few weeks ago, because there really wasn't much info available at all yet. But after speaking with this slightly mad genius for nearly an hour, there were stampedes of brilliant 1000-hued images running through my mind...

of a Steeming paradise-like oasis forming amidst the burning sands of the Las Vegas Desert; of a gathering of the Steem tribes from around the world, all journeying to the Steem Creators Conference, a nirvana-like promised land of the  Steemians' lore of antiquity. This event is part of our sworn destiny to elevate the the Steem blockchain to house-hold name status and bring economic opportunity and prosperity to every corner of globe!

And the images went on and on like that for quite a while, until I realized I need to start planning for the trip... :D

So what exactly is the Steem Creators Conference and why should you being doing all you possibly can to get your ass there out there to join us?

Taking place on April 13-15th, 2018 theconference humbly bills itself as a three day workshop which "is geared towards the end user" that will cover every aspect of content creation. "How they can improve their posts, blogs, videos, and over all content from people who are doing well in Steem." But based on all the amazing things IJ @Steemcafe shared with me that are planned for the weekend, that just barely scratches the surface!

Some of the other big things popping include:

-Deep Think panel led by Rick Miller @instructor2121 for programmers, developers, hardcore techies and blockchainers of all shapes and sizes.

-Early morning holistic health trainings / daily warm ups including yoga, guided meditations and motivational hypnosis (the later by yours truly:).

-Panel discussion on the how and why to launch and grow a Steem meetup in your area (also with yours truly).

-Discussions of how to utilize all platforms on the Steem blockchain for maximizing  exposure and rewards.

-A Pitch Party for people to pitch their projects to the live conference audience (and live-streamed audience). Here I have to steal the description by fellow conference participant @coruskate (as she put's it beautifully in her announcement post https://steemit.com/steem/@coruscate/3p0h602e [hope you don't mind me "borrowing" ;] )   :

"I’m pretty stoked for the Pitch Party. Think kind of like Shark Tank…but with nicer people and crypto currency. People will have an opportunity to present their passion project, business idea, community building initiative, charitable project… whatever it may be and have a chance to receive funding. The beautiful thing about the Steem blockchain is that we can instantaneously transfer money to people, or offer funding support through our vote. I am personally really excited to see what great ideas people present! " I'm so psyched for this too!

Not to mention a whole buffet of other awesome post-conference-hours activities - such as networking and mastermind groups, pool and diner parties, clubbing in choice Las Vegas hot spots, going to indoor skydiving, automatic gun ranges, exotic car driving, botanical gardens, etc etc. Of course all of these activities will also make for great content pieces, so you can earn while you learn and play.

So far there's an amazing variety of interesting presenters, and I'm sure @Steemcafe will be working tirelessly to lock in few more great ones before show time. I'm privilege to be amongst this fine list of presenters:
